What Licenses and Insurances do you hold?
Rest assured that we hold all relevant electrical licenses, including; A Class Electrical License, Security License, Construction OH&S Safety Card. All of our Electricians have Police Checks and Working with Children checks on file.
We have top cover insurance for Business and Public Liability and Work Cover.
How quickly can I have my job completed?
We will work according to your requirements. If you have an emergency due to a fault we can be out on site as urgently as required. If you would like your electrical job to be completed asap, we will be able to meet your needs. We can also book your job in for a time that suits you, whether it be 1 week to 1 month away.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes we offer a 2 year warranty on our workmanship. We only use quality materials which depending on the product come with their own warranty which varies from 1-5 years.
Will you provide an Electrical Certificate of Safety?
Yes we provide an Electrical Certificate of Safety for all Electrical works completed, this is emailed to you on completion of the job and is required by law.
Please do not engage an electrical contractor who will not provide this.
What if I am not satisfied with the end product?
At Direct Point Electrical we have a satisfaction guarantee, this means we will not consider a job completed until the customer is 100% satisfied with the end product.
When and how do I pay for my job?
On completion of your job we will email you an invoice. This invoice can be paid by Bank Transfer or card payment such as Visa, Mastercard or debit card. We also offer on the spot payment via our Square merchant machine.
